Quality Policy
As a company specializing in manufacturing and trading frozen fish products, Tuna Vietnam define that: “Always towards our customers, meeting customers’ highest reasonable requirements and for consumers’ benefits, compliance with laws, continuous improvement to improve the living standards for employees. Produce products with good-quality, safety, environmental friendly and sustainable development strategies” are company’s policies. To implement the above policies, Tuna Vietnam: 1. Always listen and promptly respond to satisfy the reasonable requirements of customers. Continuously improving quality, product diversification, market expansion and meet the tastes of consumers; 2. Always supply foods with good quality, safe, legality and in accordance with the requirements and regulations of importing countries; 3. Ensuring quality and safety of products in accordance with export standards and comply with regulations of hygiene and food safety; 4. From the management board to all staff have been trained & enhaced qualifications, skills and management capacities for adapting to job requirements, and realize that meeting the highest requirement plays an important role in the success of the company; 5. Use all resources to establish, implement, maintain and improve the quality management system to meet standards (such as HACCP, IFS, BRC, HALAL, etc.), to ensure efficiency operation of the systems to meet quality targets of food safety and satisfy customers’ requirements; 6. The company always pays attention to prestige and ethics in business and realize that “The reputation with customers, business ethics are the foundation of our prosperity"; 7. The management board always takes care of increasing employees’ income, improving the material and spiritual standard of living; 8. The company complies with regulations on the environmental protection, sustainable development, and participation in domestic and international organizations for sustainable development. The management board ensures that the company policy has been well informed to all employees, and deployed to each of department’s specific objectives, responsibilities and achievement schedules, and taken into effect. They have been continuously reviewed and improved.
